With this assessment you will be able to create different vibrant coloured Sugar Scrubs with 15 Fragrance oils & 75 Colours. 
This Sugar Scrub is made from scratch WITHOUT the OPC base. This scrub has been tested by others as all our assessments, but this scrub had some awesome feedback and have been compared to be much better than some of the high street scrubs.
The Scrub will remove dead skin cells from your skin, will make your skin feel silky soft and nourished.
