This listing is for the Bath Bomb/Dust No1. Assessment (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) ONLY. It is a document which is written in your name and gives you the permission to sell your products legally within the UK and EU. You don't need send any samples of anything you have made for this assessment to anyone.

With this assessment you will be able to create different vibrant coloured bath bombs/dust with lots of additional , 15 Fragrance oils & 75 Colours. 

Please note here in UK same as in the EU we aren't allowed to create products which look like food, so please have a look at the FOOD IMITATION LAW.

This Assessment will come with TWO reports as it contains two recipes.

• Apricot Kernel Oil
• Poly 80
• Kaolin Clay
• Cocoa Butter 
• Corn Starch 

 Please Note, all ingredients needs to be purchased separately, this is only the Safety Report which is needed by law within the UK & EU to sell any cosmetics or products that will touch the skin.

The Lavish Sparkle Bath Bomb/Bath Dust recipe remains the intellectual property of Lavish Sparkle. The recipe & assessment CAN NOT be sold, given away or shared in full or part thereof. Anyone found to breach this stipulation will be subject to legal proceedings.

No refunds can be given due to the nature of the item.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your report to be returned, though often it is much sooner.

Mentioned above Colours, Fragrances, Edible Luster Dust, Mica's & Neon's MUST ONLY be obtained from www.lavishsparkle.co.uk.

Apricot Kernel Oil, Corn Strach, Cocoa Butter, Poly80, Milk Powder and Kaolin Clay can be purchases anywhere else UNTILL all MSDS match with the ones from Lavish Sparkle.

All other base ingredients can be purchased anywhere else.
